Instructions


1. Turn on

On the back panel of the high-frequency electric knife, connect the high-frequency electric knife to the grounded 220V main power supply with a power cord. Use the power switch on the front panel to turn on the power. The display on the front panel has an obvious indication. The indicator light is on.

Tip: If it does not match the local power supply, please ask a professional electrician for help.

Note: Once the power is turned on, if in the unipolar mode, the neutral plate plug should be inserted into the neutral plate jack in order to stop the alarm sound.

2. Use in unipolar mode (conditions)

2.1 Preparation for use in unipolar mode

Insert the sterilized hand-controlled knife handle and neutral plate into the corresponding hand-controlled knife handle socket and neutral plate socket respectively, confirm that they have been inserted tightly, and then turn on the machine, press the unipolar switch button to make the unipolar mode indicate The light is on. At this time, the high-frequency electrosurgical unit is in unipolar working mode.

Note: The neutral plate remains suspended (the neutral plate is isolated from the ground). There must be no electrical connection between the neutral plate and the workbench. If the connection between the neutral plate and the host is broken, an audible and visual alarm will occur. The electrode plate must be in direct contact with the patient's bare skin, the closer to the operation area, the better, and if possible, the contact area should be as large as possible.

2.2 Selection and operation of each working state of unipolar

The working status of the high-frequency electric knife is indicated by the unipolar electric cutting indicator and the unipolar electric coagulation indicator. The yellow is electric cutting and the blue is electric coagulation. For unipolar electrocutting and unipolar electrocoagulation, the buzzer will emit different sounds. The level of the sound volume can be set by adjusting the buzzer volume up key and buzzer volume down key. When the high-frequency energy output indicator light is on, it indicates that the high-frequency voltage is present. In the unipolar mode, the high-frequency electrosurgical unit has two working states: unipolar electrosurgical cutting and unipolar electrocoagulation, while unipolar electrosurgical cutting includes two states of unipolar pure cutting and unipolar mixed cutting.

Insert the hand-controlled knife handle, neutral plate, foot switch and other accessories to be used into the corresponding hand-controlled knife handle socket, neutral plate socket, and foot switch socket of the high-frequency electric knife. The frequency electrosurgical unit is set in unipolar mode.

2.2.1 Unipolar pure cut

Press the pure cutting and mixed cutting switch button to make the pure cutting indicator light, press the yellow electric cutting button of the hand-controlled knife handle or step on the yellow electric cutting pedal of the foot switch, the electric cutting indicator lights up, and the high-frequency electric knife is in Pure working condition.

2.2.2 Unipolar mixed cutting

Press the pure cutting, mixed cutting switch button to make the mixed cutting indicator light, press the yellow electric cutting button of the hand-controlled knife handle or step on the yellow electric cutting pedal of the foot switch, the electric cutting indicator lights up, and the high-frequency electric knife is at this time. Mixed cutting working state.

2.2.3 Unipolar Coagulation

Press the blue electrocoagulation button of the hand-controlled knife handle or step on the blue electrocoagulation pedal of the foot switch, the unipolar electrocoagulation indicator light is on, at this time, the electrosurgical knife is in the unipolar electrocoagulation working state.

2.3 Selection and operation of manual working mode

Insert the sterilized hand-controlled knife handle three-pin plug into the hand-controlled knife handle socket.

Through the cutting and coagulation power setting buttons [cutting power adjustment up key, cutting power adjustment down key, coagulation power adjustment up key, coagulation power adjustment down key], set the power display to an appropriate value, surgery Doctors can choose unipolar pure cutting, unipolar mixed cutting and unipolar electrocoagulation. (The greater the value displayed on the power display, the greater the output power of the high-frequency electric knife, and vice versa.)

The hand-controlled knife handle can be selected by the surgeon during the operation by pressing the button on the hand-controlled knife handle with the index finger to select different working modes. The one near the electrode tip is the excitation monopolar electrocutting button, and the one far away from the electrode tip is the excitation monopolar electrocoagulation button. . If the buttons are pressed at the same time, the electrosurgical unit will be in the unipolar electrocoagulation mode (the control logic prohibits the two functions from working at the same time, and the priority belongs to the electrocoagulation mode).

2.4 Selection and operation of foot control working mode

Set the power indicator to the appropriate value through the unipolar electrocutting and unipolar electrocoagulation power setting keys [cutting power adjustment up key, cutting power adjustment down key, electrocoagulation power adjustment up key, and electrocoagulation power adjustment down key Value, insert the sterilized hand-controlled knife handle and foot switch into the corresponding hand-controlled knife handle socket and foot switch socket.

The foot switch is placed on the front foot of the surgeon. From the perspective of the operator, the blue pedal switch on the right controls the electrocoagulation function, and the yellow pedal switch on the left controls the electrocutting function. Step on the electric cutting or electric coagulation foot switch, the high-frequency electric knife will be in the electric cutting or electric coagulation working state.

3. Use in bipolar mode (conditions)

3.1 Preparations for use in bipolar mode

First, insert the sterilized bipolar forceps into the bipolar coagulation jack [Note: the jack has no polarity difference], insert the foot switch, press the bipolar switch button, the bipolar mode indicator light is on. At this time, the high-frequency electrosurgical unit is in a bipolar mode.

3.2 Bipolar mode operation

Set the bipolar coagulation power display to an appropriate value through the bipolar coagulation power setting button [bipolar power adjustment up button, bipolar power adjustment down button], and step on the blue pedal of the foot switch that controls the coagulation , The bipolar coagulation work indicator light is on, the buzzer emits a sound, and the high-frequency output indicator light is on. At this point, the bipolar tweezers can work.

Note: In the bipolar mode, only the bipolar coagulation power setting button [bipolar power adjustment up key, bipolar power adjustment down key] can be used to adjust the size of the bipolar coagulation power, and the cutting current can not be generated. Working instructions and sound are also the same as unipolar coagulation, and bipolar coagulation can only be controlled by a foot switch. Before using the tweezers to coagulate, it is recommended to adjust the value of the cutting power indicator to 0.


4. Power regulation

4.1 Problems that should be paid attention to in power regulation

4.1.1 At the beginning of the operation and those who use the machine for the first time, it should be performed with a relatively low power;

4.1.2 When the object of surgery is a child, the power should be reduced for operation;

4.1.3 The principle of power adjustment during surgery should be from small to large.

4.2 Method of power adjustment

There are cutting power setting buttons on the front panel of the high-frequency electric knife [cutting power adjustment up key, cutting power adjustment down key], unipolar coagulation power setting button [coagulation power adjustment up key, coagulation power adjustment Down key], bipolar coagulation power setting key [bipolar power adjustment up key, bipolar power adjustment down key], respectively used to adjust the size of the cutting and coagulation power. When the power display shows the value "0", the electric knife has no high-frequency power output. Press the cutting power adjustment up button, the coagulation power adjustment up button, and the bipolar power adjustment up button, and the display value will increase; press the cutting power adjustment down button, the coagulation power adjustment down button, and the bipolar power adjustment down button. The display shows a decrease in value. The larger the value displayed on the display, the greater the output power of the high-frequency electric knife; the smaller the value displayed on the display, the lower the output power of the high-frequency electric knife.

4.2.1 Adjustment of unipolar cutting power

The size of the cutting power is adjusted by the cutting power adjustment up key and the cutting power adjustment down key. Press the cutting power adjustment up button, the display value will increase, and the set power will increase; press the cutting power adjustment down button, the display will reduce the value, and the set power will also decrease. The state of pure cutting and mixed cutting is switched by the pure cutting and mixed cutting switching buttons. When the pure cutting indicator light is on, the electric knife is in pure cutting mode; when the mixed cutting indicator light is on, the electric knife is in mixed cutting mode.

4.2.2 Adjustment of unipolar coagulation power

The size of the unipolar coagulation power is adjusted by the coagulation power adjustment up button and the coagulation power adjustment down button. Press the coagulation power adjustment up button and the display value will increase, and the set power will increase; press the coagulation power adjustment down button, and the display will decrease the value, and the set power will also decrease.

4.2.3 Adjustment of bipolar electrocoagulation power

The size of the bipolar coagulation power is adjusted by the bipolar power adjustment up button and the bipolar power adjustment down button. Press the bipolar power adjustment up button, the display value will increase, and the set power will increase; press the bipolar power adjustment down button, the display will decrease the value, and the set power will also decrease.
